Dongguan Hechuan Plastics & Rubber Mould Co., Ltd (Guangdong) was established in1995, specializing in manufacturing all kinds of moulds and plastic products, including car chargers and travel chargers for cell phone, all types of sockets, machine shells, and vacuum cleaners etc. Most of the products are exported to American and European market. In order to expand the market in Suzhou, Suzhou Sunking Plastics & Rubber Mould Co., Ltd was founded in August 2002. Till April 2003, the company has mademoulding products for many well-known companies like Shimano (Japan), APC (USA),Positec (power tools) and Yamashino (Japan). In an effort to enhance our competitiveness and provide better service for customers in Suzhou and its vicinity, in May 2003, Suzhou Sunking Plastics & Rubber Mould Co., Ltd and Dongguan Hechuan Plastics & Rubber Mould Co., Ltd（Guangdong）, in cooperation with Yamashino Industry Co., Ltd (Japan), established Suzhou Huiking Plastics & Rubber Mould Co., Ltd in May 2003. As an affiliate of Yamashino, Suzhou Huiking is now equipped with advanced molding technology and scientific managerial experience from Japan.Yamashino Industry Co., Ltd which Suzhou Huiking belongs to, was established in 1982. Yamashino specializes in producing and composing plastic moulds and processing components into end products, with 20 years of experience in production and management in this industry. The company also owns sub-factories in Taiwan and Sri Lanka. In 2000, it established its group company in China.Our company is located in Weibei Industry District,of Weitang town, with convenient transportation. The factory covers 20,000 square meters, with a built-up area of 6,500 square meters (including 5 standardized factory buildings). Now we have more than 50 processing equipments including 2 CNC Processing Center machines, 8 E.D. machines, 6 Linear-cutting machines, 14 milling machines, 11 injection moulding machines, etc.we also have a group of professional designers and well-trained technicians in mould production and plastic injection.
